John Chin, M.D.

Dr. John Chin was appointed to the Division of Medical Quality by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2007. He is a cardiologist in private practice in Sacramento and an associate clinical professor at the University of California, Davis. His many professional affiliations include the American College of Physicians, the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association, the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation, the Heart Failure Society of America, and the American Society of Transplantation.

He received his medical degree from the University of California, Davis.
